I love the light texture of Egg Drop Chicken Soup. I have added fresh Enoki mushrooms for more and different texture.

Pizza
I make only one kind of pizza: thin and crispy crust and vegetarian. The toppings are always the same as well. Red Pepper, Zucchini, Red or White Onions and mushrooms.
Beef Ball Soup
This is a substantial soup that makes nice lunch. I used Chinese wheat noodles, Bok Choy and Beef Balls.

Spaghettini with Salmon
For this meal I use Salmon Portion that is just right for two meals. Sauce is 1/2 a cup of White Wine reduced to teaspoon and 1/3 cup of heavy Cream. Thinly sliced Cremini mushrooms would make this even better.

Potstickers
Potstickers have same pork mixture as Wontons and Pearl Balls, are covered in same skin as Wontons but are folded differently and are fried crisp on one side and then steamed in same frying pan.
Scrambled Eggs
For Scrambled Eggs I like to start with lightly caramelizing green onions in lot of butter and beat the eggs just to combine the yolk with whites. Remove to plate when all the whites are almost set.

Won Tons with Sauce
Love this snack! I usually make enough Won Tons to fill a baking sheet for the freezer so when I feel for some Won Tons I just take few and drop them frozen into soup or just plain water.
