We love Potstickers! I use store bought skins but the meat mixture is made from scratch. The texture of crispy bottom and chewy top is what is so good. I do use a lot of Sriracha in my dipping sauce.

I know that this is not traditional half-moon potsticker shape but I like these wonton dumplings better because I can crisp them on 2 sides. Also, I can use them in soup if I want to. Love these!
