Chocolate





Since we were down to just a single square of my chocolate it was high time to make another batch. It takes just under 3 minutes in microwave on full power (1,100W), Ingredients are just as simple:
200 grams dark unsweetened chocolate bar, chopped
300 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup roasted peanuts from Coyle's
1/2 cup dried cranberries from Coyle's
1/2 t chipotle pepper, dried and ground, super spicy

Despite the nasty weather we had to go shopping at Coyle's Country Store. Terrible driving with all the snow racing across the road.
Marjo got some 2018 calendars for $1 each (!) and I got 2 bags of Western Hard Wheat Bread Flour, the very best there is. Also, Dried Cranberries, wafers and Bechtel Fine Noodles for soup.

First Day of My Food Diary



For lunch I made Wonton Soup with dumplings that I have made from leftover Steak Tartar, it was very good.






Tonight I have served pork Szegedin Goulash that I made yesterday and let it rest to blend flavours. Naturally, it was served with bread dumplings.

My new Blog





I have decided to start new blog where I enter what I have cooked every day. With Blogger it is easy to track meals using Labels so that I don't repeat same dishes too often. I may post ingredients but not recipes, I have dedicated Blog for that, and just like in my other blogs I will try to include photo of the dish.
